Resumo:

O escopo do pensamento de Nietzsche toca uma diversidade de temas e problemas, que, direta e indiretamente, acabam por constituir uma rede complexa. Por isso, em torno a complexidade que compreende o filosofar nietzschiano não está ausente o tema do Estado, que se depreende de um tema mais amplo que é o da Política. Como filósofo da cultura, Nietzsche apresenta um diagnóstico da política, e esta passa pela necessidade de interpor superação. Não se trata de um movimento de superação das instituições e outras formas coletivas de se pensar a cultura, mas do indivíduo, mediante a sua compreensão singular. Para tanto, é preciso ultrapassar maneiras em torno as quais, em muito, acabou se apoiando, seja por uma compreensão de indivíduo subjugado ao Estado, ao modo de monstro frio a ditar normas, seja ao modo de uma moral gregária que se insurge contra o Estado ao modo de uma democracia a rebelar-se. Para além destas compreensões de Estado, baseadas em movimentos autoritários e democráticos, a reflexão nietzschiana aponta para um movimento que eclode do indivíduo em sua disposição afirmativa, capaz de superação.

Abstract:

The scope of Nietzsche's thought touches on a variety of themes and problems, which, directly and indirectly, end up constituting a complex network. Therefore, the theme of the State is not absent from the complexity that comprises Nietzschean philosophizing, which is inferred from a broader theme, that of Politics. As a philosopher of culture, Nietzsche presents a diagnosis of politics, and this involves the need to interpose overcoming. It is not a movement to overcome institutions and other collective ways of thinking about culture, but of the individual, through his or her singular understanding. To do so, it is necessary to overcome ways in which, to a large extent, he ended up relying, whether through an understanding of an individual subjugated to the State, in the form of a cold monster dictating norms, or in the form of a gregarious morality that rises up against the State in the form of a democracy rebelling. Beyond these understandings of the State, based on authoritarian and democratic movements, Nietzsche's reflection points to a movement that emerges from the individual in his or her affirmative disposition, capable of overcoming.
