Resumo:

Companhia de Jesus, que é também Faculdade Jesuíta de Filosofia e Teologia. O percurso proposto parte de uma apresentação histórica de como o curso se organizou desde a transferência da Faculdade Eclesiástica de Filosofia, em 1982, para Belo Horizonte, até os dias atuais. Em seguida são indicadas as diretrizes que servem como norma para a estruturação da proposta do curso. Por fim, é apresentada, por meio da reconstrução de um texto de Lima Vaz e de informações do projeto pedagógico do curso, como a própria Faculdade de Filosofia faz a experiência do exercício filosófico como atividade de formação.

Abstract:

The aim of this article is to present, in general terms, the history and pedagogical proposal of the Philosophy course offered by the Center for Higher Studies of the Society of Jesus, which is also the Jesuit Faculty of Philosophy and Theology. The proposed approach begins with a historical presentation of how the course has been organized since the transfer of the Ecclesiastical Faculty of Philosophy to Belo Horizonte in 1982, up to the present day. Next, the guidelines that serve as a norm for structuring the course proposal are indicated. Finally, through the reconstruction of a text by Lima Vaz and information from the course's pedagogical project, it is presented how the Faculty of Philosophy itself experiences philosophical practice as a formative activity.
